  11. Was a version of Video Creator ever made that allowed one to create
  12. NTSC video that played back in the correct time?

  14. PAL interface is OK, I just want to create my own stuff in NTSC and
  15. have it time out correctly (I understand the 50 fps/60 fps clock speed
  16. caused timing problems.
